Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Contract Cancellation:

Clients may cancel their contracts with FirstImpact Partners. In order to do so:

Clients must provide a written notice 30 days in advance of the desired date of cancellation.

This notice should include details surrounding the reason for cancellation.

The notice can be sent via email to abarcaj@firstimpactpartners.com.

Upon receiving the notice and after the 30-day period, all terms of the contract will be discontinued.

2. Refunds:

FirstImpact Partners does not offer refunds for any payments received during the valid contract period.

In the rare event that a refund is necessary (e.g., a payment received after the valid contract period by mistake), the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.


3. No Returns on Services:

Given the nature of consulting services, there is no "return" of services. Once a service has been rendered, it cannot be undone or returned. As such, we strongly encourage clients to reach out with any concerns or issues before the completion of the service contract.
